Crown meet U23s on Wednesday
Phnom Penh Crown are preparing for their AFC President's Cup matches next week with a second practice match against the Cambodian U-23 squad this Wednesday (14 September) at their own RSN Stadium in Tuol Kork, with a 3.30pm start time. They beat the U-23's, who are currently in training for the BIDC Cup competition next month and for the SEA Games in November, last Friday in the first encounter, 3-2 at the Olympic Stadium, in a game disrupted by a heavy downpour. In that game, the Crown goals came from Khim Borey, Sun Sovannrithy and Chan Chaya, with Khuon Laboravy and Chin Chhoeurn replying for the U-23s. This will be Crown's last match before the squad and officials leave for Taiwan (also known as Chinese Taipei) on Saturday morning.
