Result: Phnom Penh Crown Academy U-17s 4 AEU 2 (Friendly).
Crown's Academy U-17s were well in front by the half-time break, leading 4-nil and had enough to see out this win at RSN Stadium. Vat Samnang opened the scoring with a far post header on 19 minutes from In Sodavid's cross. Ouk Sovann, playing in his new striker's role, finished off a smart move and center from Mat Sakrovy after 27 minutes, and then Orn Chanpoilin touched home his free-kick 6 minutes later. Sovann netted his second with a neat finish from Seut Baraing's whipped cross on 37 minutes. AEU scored twice after the break and Keo Soksela pulled off a couple of smart saves, but the Academy advantage stood firm to win 4-2 against the team who finished in 8th place last season.
