In another of those no-quarter-given type encounters at RSN training pitch this afternoon, the spoils were shared. George Bisan gave PPCFC the lead when he latched onto an Odion Obadin pass, rounded the stranded keeper and fired Crown ahead on 25 minutes. A minute later the striker's fine effort struck the outside of the post. On 33 minutes the African All Stars were awarded a dubious penalty for high foot against Bisan but Obi Ugochukwu blasted the spot kick high and wide. Bisan went close a couple of times in the second half and so did Bin Thierry, before Dzarma Bata drilled a 25-yard shot into the top corner for the equaliser on 78 minutes. In time added on, substitute Kouch Dani's 30-yard free-kick was punched clear and the team's ended the match all-square.
