Hi Andy, in your opinion, do you think the Football Federation really wanted Scott to remain? is the Federation ready to move the game forward in Cambodia? They complain about lack of funds, but so far we are yet to see what the Mefone sponsorship has brought to the Cambodia game.
I'll cover these questions in a piece later this weekend.
