In the 2nd Metfone C-League game of the afternoon Kirivong Sok Sen Chey put Rithysen to the sword, blasting five past them without reply in one of the most one-sided matches so far this season. That is apart from Crown's 9-0 demolition of the Kompong Chhnang-based team last month. The two men that did the damage today were Kirivong's Nigerian pairing up front of Nelson Oladiji and Sunday Ayodele, who both scored two goals apiece. Though it was one-way traffic from the first whistle, Kirivong found themselves frustrated by their plucky opponents but also their own inept finishing. Oladiji should've had a hat-trick by the break. As it was, Ayodele was the only one to trouble the scorers, with a neat touch to get on the end of In Vichheka's byeline pull back three minutes before the interval. The story remained unchanged, with Kirivong pressing from the restart. Three minutes in and Vichheka's corner fell at the feet of Oladiji and he forced it over the line, and then headed in Song Dara's neat chip eight minutes later. His compatriot, Ayodele, netted his 2nd on 62 minutes as he swept past keeper Oum Veasna and tapped in for an easy finish. Four minutes later Oladiji found sub Ouk Thon and his half-volley rocketed in from the edge of the penalty area to make it 5-nil. Oladiji then missed the easiest chance of the game from a yard out before he and Ayodele were replaced and Kirivong finished with ten men, after Heng Koem Houng got his marching orders for two yellow cards, ten minutes from the end. Rithysen's sole strike on goal was a 1st-half free-kick by Thiv Sophearom from 25 yards out that rattled the cross-bar though his side remain firmly rooted to the bottom of the table.
